Dean Sellis

Chief Technology Officer

At Novatus Global, Dean leads the technology strategy and is focused on developing robust tech foundations to support the continued growth and success of the En:ACT platform.

Dean brings over 30 years of experience building high-performing technology teams and delivering innovative solutions across healthcare, financial services, and technology sectors.

Before joining Novatus Global, Dean was Director of Technology at Just Eat for Business, where he led product, engineering, and data teams through a tenfold growth of the UK & Ireland B2B business. He also oversaw the consolidation of global B2B capabilities onto a unified platform to drive international expansion.

He previously served as CTPO at Antidote Technologies, a data-driven clinical trial recruitment platform, where he built and led a 70-person distributed team and designed the company’s core technology infrastructure. Earlier in his career, Dean was a senior manager at Praxis Life Sciences, delivering large-scale digital transformation projects across clinical development and commercial operations.

Dean also held a principal consulting role at BNP Paribas, leading the development and launch of new digital products, and spent ten years at Abbott Laboratories in Drug Discovery, managing global R&D infrastructure.
