Having co-founded Novatus Global, Andrew has more than 20 years of experience working in risk across all major financial services sectors.

Before co-founding Novatus Global Matthew was previously the UK Head of Capital Markets Regulatory Change at Deloitte, and has held senior roles at KPMG.

With extensive regulatory experience and having led many change, implementation and operational review projects across a range of regulations impacting the Investment Management sector, Chris is Novatus’ Executive Director and Head of Advisory.

Carolyn is Novatus’ Chief Regulatory and Legal Officer. She is an experienced financial services executive and a qualified lawyer in the UK and the US.

With over 20 years of experience working at major banks and technology firms Stephanie heads the En:ACT platform overseeing both Product Development and Customer Success.

With extensive experience with regulatory and voluntary ESG reporting frameworks, Coralie is the Head of ESG Advisory at Novatus.

With a background in financial services, covering banking, asset management and insurance, Hugo is Head of Risk Practice and all resilience engagements.

With over 11 years of experience in regulation consultancy, Francis leads the Compliance and Conduct practice at Novatus, having previously held roles at EY and Lloyds Banking Group.

Michael is the Head of Development at Novatus and leads the technology team responsible for the ongoing development of the En:ACT platform.

Having worked globally in the Capital Markets, Asset Management, Payments, and Investment sectors, Matt leads the Strategy and Transformation practice at Novatus Global.
