Andrew Hedley

Co-Founder

Having co-founded Novatus Global, Andrew has more than 20 years of experience working in risk across all major financial services sectors.

Andrew is a co-founder of Novatus Global. He has more than 20 years’ experience working in risk across all major financial services sectors. He has held several senior risk positions including the Group CRO for the Enstar Group and Head of Front Office Operational Risk for Vanguard. Andrew also led Risk teams at Prudential and M&G.

Whilst working at Deloitte, Andrew led risk framework development and implementation for banks and asset managers in both London and New York. He started his career in Terrorism Underwriting at Hiscox and holds a Master’s in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
