Hugo Warner

Head of Risk Advisory

With a background in financial services, covering banking, asset management and insurance, Hugo is Head of Risk Advisory and all resilience engagements.

Hugo leads the Risk Practice and all resilience engagements. He has extensive experience in financial services, covering banking, asset management, and insurance. Hugo was previously the CRO of a Lloyd’s Syndicate and has held senior roles within major asset management and banking firms, where he led the development of risk frameworks, business continuity, and operational resilience programmes. Hugo also has considerable experience in capital optimisation, including the development and enhancement of ICARAs, ICAAPs, ILAAPs, and ORSAs. Hugo is a CFA charterholder.
