Carolyn is an experienced financial services executive and qualified lawyer in the UK and the US. She has proven successful in advising financial services firms in North America, Europe, and the UK on matters related to regulatory affairs and policy, compliance, operations, and commercial strategy. Carolyn previously served as the Head of Regulation and Compliance for ICE Clear Europe (NYSE:ICE) and Partner and COO of Quorsus, a financial services consulting firm acquired by Capgemini in 2022.
