Francis Stroudley

Head of Compliance and Conduct

With over 11 years of experience in regulation consultancy, Francis leads the Compliance and Conduct practice at Novatus, having previously held roles at EY and Lloyds Banking Group.

Francis has extensive experience supporting firms through compliance transformation. Most recently, he has spent a year as an interim Chief Compliance Officer at a global market infrastructure firm. His specialisms include Financial Crime, Consumer Duty, SMCR, Regulatory Obligation Mapping and Conflicts of Interest.

He excels at supporting firms which are subject to regulatory scrutiny, focusing on delivering regulatory compliance in the most efficient manner, whilst creating a compliance function which supports growth and sales.
