Miriam Stapor

Before joining Novatus Global, Miriam was the Chief of Staff for Financial Services at Capgemini, working with the global leadership team to execute their strategy. Prior to that, she was the Head of People at Quorsus, a Financial Services start-up, where she led the People Strategy and grew the business until its successful acquisition by Capgemini. Miriam also held the role of People Strategy Manager at Publicis Sapient, where she provided strategic HRBP services across Technology, Product, and Experience in the Financial Services industry.

Miriam brings expertise in global projects, business acquisition, and designing and delivering Career Frameworks, Reward Structures, and Culture initiatives focused on developing high-performing teams. She is known for her commercial, calm, and flexible approach, coupled with high levels of integrity, curiosity, and collaboration.
